We are proud to announce that we’ve teamed up with State of Gratitude, a mission-driven jewelry and apparel company founded by entrepreneur Chris Bilyk, who is himself in recovery. This powerful alignment of values has led to a meaningful partnership: Her 2nd Chance now handles the fulfillment of their popular Gratitude Intention wrap bracelets.
Accolades abound for our craftswomen, with Chris remarking. "The tension on these (bracelets) is great and whoever is doing to the crimp cover is doing a phenomenal job! Super happy with this batch! "
These bracelets aren’t just accessories—they’re daily reminders of hope, resilience, and the importance of staying grounded in gratitude. To date:
- 1,229 bracelets have been created
- 1,000 beads are carefully strung on each bracelet
- Our women craft four different styles of bracelets
By collaborating with State of Gratitude, we’ve created new employment pathways for the women in our program, helping them gain hands-on experience in fulfillment, quality control, inventory management, and customer service. It’s real work with a real purpose—and it’s changing lives.
Inspired by this successful partnership, we’re developing a scalable fulfillment service model. We aim to collaborate with more companies in the future, growing our social enterprise and generating even more employment opportunities for women overcoming addiction and hardship.
